Iván Martín

The Valencian started in the world of cycling thanks to his uncle Rubén, a regular practitioner of the sport and who first introduced the older brother, Saúl. The young Iván was playing football at the time, but he began to travel to races with his parents and family to encourage and support his brother and, little by little, competition by competition, he began to feel the desire to try his hand at this discipline. After some time combining football with cycling, he ended up focusing exclusively on the latter. And on the routes of Safor and Simat de la Valldigna it crystallised day by day. However, his love for the sport of football remains, now as an amateur, and he has also found a new passion in the hand of paddle tennis. He started cycling in the first year beginner category, a path that continues to this day and in which he has been part of the Bicicletas Sanchis Cycling School and the Juan Giner Ulevel Vitaldinsport of the Penya Ciclista Pinedo.
