Albanese, once again in front

Another sprint, with our Vincenzo Albanese trying to show up in front of everyone looking for the honor of an important placing after yesterday’s fourth place. And a seventh place came, after a good work of the whole EOLO-KOMETA to recover the breakaway of the day.

“Today was good,” says Albanese, “even if I got the sprint a little wrong: I got uncovered with 300 meters to go and got lost, but that’s okay. Of course, this is yet another placing but I’m happy. Happy with the season, happy because I’m getting better and better: let’s try to finish well here in Slovenia because there are other good opportunities, tomorrow for example the terrain would be perfect.”
