Multiple movements and attacks were the protagonists of a day where the riders rode very fast. Tommaso Bessega was very active entering one of the breakaways of the day despite the fall suffered in the second stage.
Despite the attacks and attempts to break the peloton, the stage finished on a bunch sprint and Tommaso Bessega took seventh place for the team.
In the overall classification of the race Samuel Novak was the best representative of the team after having been very consistent during the first two days. The young Slovakian was 12th and 16th and finished 12th overall, one second off the top ten.
Miguel Gómez, sports manager: “With 1 kilometer to go, Bálint fell, but without consequences. It was a very tense finish even though they had done a good job beforehand. They had a good attitude towards the finish line with the four riders who were in the bunch”.
