Second consecutive podium for Team Polti Kometa at the Tour of Turkey, Peñalver 3rd in the Izmir sprint

Yesterday Paul Double secured 3rd place in the queen stage, today in the week’s (and penultimate) stage of the Tour of Turkey, the same result is achieved by Manuel Peñalver. At the end of a short course where the sprinter teams had to work to catch two escapees 5 kilometers from the finish, in the maneuvers for the sprint in Izmir the splendid work of Mirco Maestri emerged: after taking care of Double, the captain piloted the Spanish sprinter who finished behind Andresen and Dupont.
