Álex Martín

Promoted from the under-23 team in 2022, the Spanish climber has already shown his quality in the ranks of the first team. A true rider made in the Contador Foundation’s, a structure he joined through the Selection Campus held in Zaragoza in September 2017, coming from Club Ciclista Mollet. In the junior team, he won the general classification of the Tour de l’Ain, in France, as well as the prestigious Vuelta a Talavera and the Vuelta al Besaya. In the under-23 team, where he stayed for three seasons, he had great performances such as his stage victory in the Volta a la Provincia de Valencia 2020 or his triumph in the Volta a Galicia 2021. Now in the professional ranks, he has been seen in the hardest days, always serving the interests of the team, or in races such as the Circuito de Getxo. His favourite meal is pizza and he loves walking in nature. His favourite place? The Maldives…
