Our AURUM MAGMA, ready for 2023 season

The EOLO KOMETA team presents the AURUM bike with which we will compete this season. The renewal with the different brands and their confidence in both the project and its progression, allows to continue working with materials and components of supreme quality, which evolve along with the team.

The AURUM MAGMA frame will continue to be the heart of the EOLO KOMETA bike. Designed for the best performance on any terrain, on any road, regardless of the profile and road conditions. We’re talking about the frame that makes up the ultimate racing bike. Agile, light and fast, it will accompany the team in its international successes.

To equip the frame with the best components and thus further improve its characteristics and virtues, the AURUM MAGMA has the Compact handlebar, the Seatpost 400mm and the STEM from the prestigious ENVE brand. A guarantee for cyclists and a material optimised for performance in competition, with the feeling of lightness and safety to achieve the best results. The AURUM of the EOLO KOMETA is mounted with the SRAM RED eTap AXS wireless groupset, which offers a tight progression, a silent, safe and smooth pedalling.

EOLO KOMETA riders will use Prologo Scratch M5 Nack saddles. A model that incorporates the MSS-Multi Sector system, designed in collaboration with the University of Milan, to help improve comfort and performance. The active and separate foams create 5 zones that work intelligently and individually, guaranteeing the normal pedalling movement in both the push and pull phases. The handlebar tape is also from Prologo.

The ENVE SES 3.4 wheels bring versatility, aerodynamics, lightness and speed to the AURUM. A model that is complemented by the ENVE SES 5.6, which guarantees fast handling and prioritises aerodynamics, while remaining the best in its class in terms of weight. The front profile is 50cm and the rear profile is 60cm. Vittoria tubulars dress the wheels, with a new version of the famous Vittoria Corsa with Graphene and cotton casing, 26mm for racing and 28mm for classics such as the Strade Bianche.

As for the pedals, Look has opted for its KEO Blade Carbon Ceramic Ti to equip the AURUM. This is a clipless pedal with a titanium axle and ceramic bearings. Incomparable lightness and impressive aerodynamics. Pedals designed to win. The bottle cage chosen is the ELITE Leggero Carbon, which offers maximum resistance with record-breaking lightness, weighing only 17 grams.
