The beginnings are a mixture of nerves and excitement. With the satisfaction of a job well done and after the concentration of the team in the Oliva Nova Beach & Golf Hotel facilities, it is time to compete with a very promising debut where the first top-10 of the 2021 season was added.

The races in Alicante and Valencia will host the Clàssica Comunitat Valenciana 1969, which will be held between La Nucia and the capital of the Turia, with the mountains once again the protagonist with the climbs to the Coll de Rates and the Alto de Barx. There will be more than 80 kilometres from this difficulty to the finish line, enough time for the peloton to regroup and for us to see a sprint finish in the streets of Valencia.

Vincenzo Albanese: “It’s the first race of the season. It’s important to start well, for all that it means after working hard during the winter. We are ready to do well and I’m sure the team will give everything. I personally believe that I have the experience to manage the race in the most delicate moments, to wait for the moment and to play our trump cards when the opportunity comes”.

Jesús Hernández: “Last year the start of the race was very calm, but this year we are prepared for any scenario. We have a well-prepared team, which has trained hard and everyone is in great condition. We’re ready to do a great job, with versatile riders and we’re waiting for what might happen”.
