Andrea Garosio, another year with us

Andrea Garosio is one of those riders that everyone would like to have on their team. Because there are important qualities, things that matter and make a difference in the peloton. Humility, the spirit of sacrifice, the ability to put aside personal ambitions to devote himself to his teammates, the desire to put himself at the service of others. That’s it: Andrea Garosio has all these qualities, and it is no coincidence that after his first season at EOLO KOMETA the team decided to confirm him for next year as well.

“I am obviously very, very happy,” Andrea said, “because in this team I immediately got on very well, with all the staff but especially with my teammates: we are a young group and a beautiful harmony was immediately created between us. Going to the races is a pleasure because it is a pleasure to be together, so I can only thank Ivan Basso and the Contador brothers for the trust they give me. After three very difficult years between Covid and injuries I think this has been a new beginning for me: I hope to continue to help my teammates and the team, and maybe to be able to pick up something nice personally as well.”
