The vinous landscapes of the Otrepò Pavese and the return two years after the GP Colli Rovescalesi, the next challenge on Italian territory

69º Gran Premio Colli Rovescalesi
Rovescala – Rovescala (155,7 km)

Edoardo Alleva, Antonio Gonzalez, Andrea Montoli, Andrea Pietrobon and Gabriele Raccagni make up the quintet that will represent this Sunday the U23 structure of the Contador Foundation in a new edition of the Gran Premio Colli Rovescalesi, a race that returns to the calendar after not being held the last two years as a result of restrictions arising from the COVID health emergency.

Now it’s time to visit the landscapes of Oltrepò Pavese, one of the most important wine regions in Italy along with Chianti and Asti, the most northerly of them all. Gently undulating landscapes with a succession of well-tended vineyards, punctuated by narrow, well-paved but winding roads. A proposal for a very lively pace and a constant offensive.

A sporting event in the south-east of the Lombardy region (certainly close to the territory of Emilia-Romagna), in the province of Pavia, which is one of the most prestigious on the Italian national calendar and usually takes place on a double circuit in which the hardest part comes with the ascent to the village of Rovescala, about three kilometres with a gradient of around 4% / 5%. Organised by the ASD Rovescalese.
